About

During all this time we stayed true to one and the same principles of business operations.

Rich History

Daniel W. Toshach founded our firm in 1957 as an individual practice. Eventually it grew into a corporation combining several individual practices.

TSSF Architects represents the merger of two long-standing Saginaw-based firms: Toshach & Sobczak Associates with Spence and Forsythe Architects, producing a combined staff with more experience, talent and diversity than previously available. As a result, TSSF Architects, Inc. can provide our clients with an even quicker and more efficient response to their needs.

Our Strategy

Our practice stresses the “problem solving” aspect of architecture. This results in unique design solutions to projects which are diverse in size and complexity. Our experience ranges from simple roof replacements, parking lots and other maintenance projects to new, unique design solutions like the Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Lodge, multiple facility projects like West Branch-Rose City Area School District, and extensive renovation projects such as those for Covenant HealthCare and the Saginaw YMCA.

Our Scope

Regardless of size, complexity, or building type, our architects approach each project as a unique challenge requiring a unique solution that best meets the client's specific needs. We’ve received several citations for design excellence for our approach.

Satisfaction

The best endorsement of our experience in addressing client satisfaction is directly evident in the number of our clients which have returned time and again for our expertise in solving their specific design problems. We view this as an act of faith in our capabilities and delivery of service.
